There is no Solar Harbour office in the ACT. Canberra installs are managed by our head office team at 27/5 Inglewood Place, Norwest NSW 2153.
Meter relocation, meter upgrades, Level 2 electrical and bird mesh are currently available in NSW and Queensland only.
Canberra is on the Evoenergy network. Evoenergy sets how much solar you can export and approves the connection, and we apply to it for you before installation. Queanbeyan, across the border in NSW, is on a different network, Essential Energy.
Canberra winters are cold, and homes that heat with electricity use a lot of power in the evening. Solar covers the day, and a battery can carry stored solar into the evening when power costs the most.
The ACT Government's Sustainable Household Scheme offers low-interest loans for home batteries and other electric upgrades, so you can spread the cost. Both federal discounts apply too.

An upfront discount on solar, based on your system size and postcode. It gets smaller every year until the scheme ends in 2030.
About 30% off an eligible battery installed with new or existing solar. The discount steps down every six months.
Low-interest loans (3%) of $2,000 to $20,000 for home batteries and other electric upgrades, repaid over up to 10 years. Loans for rooftop solar, and zero-interest loans, are for eligible concession card holders.

Most home installations take a single day. Before that, we apply to Evoenergy for connection approval, which can add a few weeks before your system is fully switched on.
