Office Admin & Team Support
We are a an Renewable Energy company. We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our expanding team.
With a passion for great service, you will be responsible in assisting the running of our small but busy office as well as being the first point of contact for our clients. As an excellent multitasker, you’ll be aware of almost every process within the office and work closely with the team on a variety of projects within the residential and commercial solar industry.
Reception: managing and responding to customer queries both on the phone and online
Data management, document filing and data entry
Scheduling installation dates and updating information as per client requests
Handling paperwork and accurately maintaining all records in our system
Providing additional administrative support to the team (Sales, Marketing, Buying) as required
Other general office duties
This role would suit a candidate who has some relative experience in office administration. Past experience in the solar industry is highly desirable but to essential. Looking for an enthusiastic, fast learner with a positive attitude to join our team
Ability to learn and pick up new knowledge quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to multitask with good time management skills
